We are proud and happy to be able to announce that our first supper club's chef will be none other than Patrizia Saccente, founder of Natureat, vegan blogger extraordinaire and private chef.
Patrizia is from the Italian region of Apulia, famous for its cuisine and wonderful local produce.
Patrizia's great online following is based on her delicious vegan recipes, characterised by the importance given to taste and respect to traditional dishes, albeit veganised.
All the ingredients that she uses are natural, genuine and healthy, with a slant towards organic, seasonal and locally produced. Tonight Patrizia will cook for you and you will be able to taste her wonderful food and see what the fuss is all about! (She may also be cajoled into giving away a culinary "secret" or two")
